Kroger info

Your first step in shopping at Kroger is to get one of their "Kroger Plus Cards".  This is the only way you will get a lot of the items at the sale price.  Also, you can log into your card at http://www.kroger.com/ and "clip" coupons to it.  You can stack these coupons with manufacturer coupons from your local paper:)  Some locations allow you to double coupons....check with your store.
