Ok...Here is how I organize my coupon book. I have two books - one for food items, and one for non-food. I have a title page in the front. I number the categories and have protective sheets with tabs on them. I write the corresponding number on the tab. So if I want "Pasta", I look at the title page and it's number 7. Then, I have baseball card holders to organize my coupons.
