If you have ever had a problem with not getting a RR to print, or not being able to use it, here's why. You cannot have more manufacturer coupons than items. RR are looked at as a manufacturer coupon. So, if I have 3 items, 3 mq, and want to use a RR, it won't let me. I will buy a filler item (cheap candy bar or something) so that I can use the RR.
Also, you cannot use a RR to purchase the same item that you got the RR for. If I buy a razor, and receive a RR, it won't give me another RR for that one.
manufacturer coupons + rr's <= total number of items purchased.
So if you want to use 1 RR and 1 manufacturer coupon, you have to have two items in your order.
