Today on my lunch hour, I went to CVS for a couple of things. I always have my coupon binders with me (thank goodness). I noticed the Suave womens deodorant was on sale for $1.00. When you bought $10 worth of Suave items, you get $3.00 CVS ECB (Extra Care Bucks) back. I had ten coupons for $.75 off one Suave deodorant. So here's what I did:
Bought 10 Suave deodorant - $10.00
used (10) $.75 off coupons - $7.50
Paid out of pocket - $2.50
Received $3.00 ECB for my next trip
So, essentially, they paid me for deodorant:) I am sure the local shelter will like some of this if you have lots of coupons, or if you don't use it, you could still buy it and give to them since it won't cost you anything.
